Fall is officially here, yet the weather doesn’t seem to wanna cooperate. One day it’s in the 40’s the next it’s close to 80. So you know what that means right? Colds, the Flu and in some peoples cases; Pneumonia. Luckily our home has only had to deal with the cold bug finding its way home from school. But what happens when it lingers a little too long in our bodies and our sinuses? We – or should I say, I get sinus infections.
Sinus infections are nothing new for me, I’ve dealt with them numerous times. In the past I would either just deal with it until it decided to go away, or I would load myself up with meds. That is until I discovered the power and effectiveness of Apple Cider Vinegar.
Apple Cider Vinegar or ACV is a very popular, all around the board miracle in a bottle. It’s an immune booster, has antibacterial properties, and has high pH levels that help to break down mucus and clear out our airways when it comes to a sinus infection.
I’ve also personally used it in my hair care regimen, skin care regimen, and to drink in the mornings as a natural energizer and detox. There’s so much more that ACV can be used for, but today I wanted to share how I used it as a sinus infection remedy.
I’m no doctor, but I know this drink works! And it doesn’t have any awful side effects like the antibiotics your doctor will try to pump you with. This is all natural, easy and inexpensive to make. You’ll just have to get over the smell and taste of the ACV if you’re not used to drinking it on the regular. It doesn’t bother me anymore, I sip it like a cup of tea.
If you’re suffering from a sinus infection, or even if you feel a cold trying to come on, drink this and let it work its magic on you. I hope you have great results like I have.
